Easily accessible by Long Island Rail Road.  Take the Long Beach branch to the end, Long Beach.  Turn right and walk 2 blocks to National Street, across from Town Hall.  Turn left on National and walk 2 blocks to the beach.  The regatta desk is on the boardwalk.
